● Isothermal fluorescence amplification apparatus
● QPCR instrument

Step3: Result presentation
● Electrophoresis
● Real-time fluorescence
● Test strips
Nucleic acid extraction (Sample processing)
● Both spin column method and magnetic bead method are suitable for MIRA detection.
● In addition, MIRA can also use rapid nucleic acid release agents to extract nucleic acids for rapid detection.
Nucleic acid rapid extraction method has the following characteristics:
Amplification of MIRA

Freeze-dried reagent
● Each unit contains the necessary chemicals and proteins for the reaction.
● Primers and probes can be freeze-dried together with reagents and proteins as finished product kits.
● The RNA can be amplified directly by adding the reaction tube of reverse transcriptase.
● The application of MIRA technology is simple and flexible. It is specially suitable for on-site instant detection.

Microsphere reagent
● Each unit contains chemical reagents, proteins and reaction buffers required for the reaction.
● Buffer can be freeze-dried into microspheres.
● The reaction system can be completed with only one-step operation (adding nucleic acid samples), which is flexible and convenient.
Result presentation

Electrophoresis real-time
● Types of Applicable Kits:BASIC/RT-BASIC.
● Primers: Use one pair of nucleotide primers with length 20-35 bp.
● The amplification temperature is 37-42℃.
● Reaction time is 20-30 mins.

Real-time fluorescence
● Types of Applicable Kits:EXO/RT-EXO.
● Depending on the effect of exonuclease and adding the designed specific molecular probes, it can realize real-time monitoring of the amplification process of target fragments by fluorescence instrument.
● The reaction temperature of MIRA fluorescence detection is 39-44 ℃. Reaction time is 20 minutes. Thermostatic fluorescence detector or conventional fluorescence PCR instrument can be used.

Test strips
● Types of Applicable Kits:NFO/RT-NFO.
● Design probes and primers according to the nucleic acid test strip sandwich test method.
● Use colloidal gold strip for detection after reaction at 39-44 ℃ for 8-10 mins.
Fast and simple, it’s suitable for on-site inspection.
